The White Rock Spring Games began with a simple idea: bring together families from across our close-knit East Dallas community for a day of fun and friendly competition, all for the financial benefit of the area’s public and private schools. From a modest but successful start in 2012 that attracted 170 children, the White Rock Spring Games has since grown to encompass over 1500 participants from more than 30 East Dallas elementary schools, raising more than $250,000 along the way.
In addition to the support of our partner schools and their parent associations, the White Rock Spring Games has also formed strong bonds with like-minded civic organizations such as the White Rock YMCA, the East Dallas Exchange Club, and the Lakewood Service League, all of whom have contributed materially to the Games success. More recently, our partnership with Bishop Lynch Catholic High School has provided the Games with access to one of the premier sports facilities in East Dallas.
The White Rock Spring Games is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization with no paid staff and a singular purpose of helping local schools raise much needed supplemental funding. If you would like to learn more, please contact Christy Evans via email: christy@whiterockgames.com.
